To celebrate AEA founder Wes Dooley’s 80th. Birthday this year, the company is offering 80 Limited Edition Ulti-Mic Stereo Kits at a special price.

Afin de célébrer le 80 ans du fondateur d’AEA, Wes Dooley, le fabricant offre 80 exemplaires d’une édition limitée du Ulti-Mic Stereo Kits à un prix spécial.

Included in the kit are the following:

  • AEA’s iconic R88 stereo mic featured in John Cuniberti’s OneMic series.

  • The original Ribbon Preamp, the TRP2, designed and optimized for ribbon microphones.

  • A rugged SKB road case with custom foam inserts.

  • An autographed hardback edition of Ron Streicher’s New Stereo Soundbook (third edition)

  • A 15-min personal Zoom call with Wes Dooley, founder of AEA. (time to be set up at the customer’s convenience).

 

 *If you wish to substitute the active version of the R88 (the R88A) for the passive unit, no problems. There will be just a small surcharge.

 

Every kit will come with a hand-signed certificate of authentication by Wes. Please specify when you’re ordering if you want WES80 (with R88mk2) or WES80A (with R88A).
